About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and solution-oriented Salesforce Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in building and customizing applications on the Salesforce Platform. You’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable solutions that support both business objectives and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Develop custom solutions using Apex (classes, triggers, batch jobs), Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and Visualforce

Design and build integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs

Customize standard and custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process builders as needed

Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities

Collaborate with Admins, Consultants, and Business Analysts to translate requirements into technical specifications

Maintain and improve existing Salesforce applications and codebase

Stay up to date on Salesforce releases and best practices

Help support users by troubleshooting and resolving bugs or performance issues
Qualifications

2+ years of Salesforce development experience

Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Experience with Salesforce APIs and third-party integrations

Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD tools is a plus

Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required

Platform Developer II or additional certifications are a plus

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Excellent communication and documentation skills
