About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on, strategic Salesforce Architect to design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions across our growing ecosystem. Ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in Salesforce development and configuration, with an emerging focus on architecture and solution design.
This is a growth role suited for someone ready to step beyond day-to-day development and lead platform strategy, technical planning, and long-term scalability efforts.
Key Responsibilities

Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture for solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom applications

Define data models, security models, and system integrations aligned with business requirements

Provide technical leadership to development teams and guide design decisions

Ensure architectural integrity across all Salesforce implementations and integrations

Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and developers to gather requirements and deliver future-proof solutions

Maintain alignment with Salesforce best practices, including governor limits and performance optimization

Create architectural documentation including ERDs, sequence diagrams, and solution design documents

Evaluate and recommend third-party tools, AppExchange products, and integration strategies

Stay current on new Salesforce features and release notes, and lead adoption of relevant innovations
Qualifications
-
2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce (development, admin, or consulting roles)

Proven experience designing scalable Salesforce solutions (can be within a consulting or internal role)

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture patterns, including declarative and programmatic customization

Familiarity with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and integration tools

Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Administrator certifications required

Architect-level certifications (Application or System Architect) are a strong plus or in progress

Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud architecture

Understanding of DevOps for Salesforce, including Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD tools

Experience in a regulated or high-scale environment (e.g., financial services, healthcare, manufacturing)
