About the Role
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Salesforce Consultant with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, administration, and solution delivery. This role is perfect for someone looking to grow into a strategic advisor while continuing to build their technical skills across multiple Salesforce Clouds.
As a Salesforce Consultant, you’ll work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards

Work with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud (based on project requirements)

Translate business requirements into scalable solutions within Salesforce

Support data imports, data cleansing, and migration projects

Participate in client meetings, discovery sessions, and solution design workshops

Provide end-user training and support documentation

Assist with testing and deployment of Salesforce releases and new features

Collaborate with developers, project managers, and business analysts on cross-functional teams
Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Consultant

Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) certification required

Experience with at least one Salesforce Cloud: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud

Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and platform limitations

Excellent communication and documentation skills

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus

Additional certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant) are a plus
